How Not to Break a Leg!

We all should know general safety anywhere we go, its one of those things that come naturally to us all; we once were primates that sensed danger from afar. But after thousands of years of evolution we sometimes forget that some things can be hazzardous and dangerous, so lets have a look at a few examples.

ok your in a office the worst office in the world here's what you would see .

Wires hanging from computers and electrical equipment and trailing on the floor: these could have tape securing them to the floor below so people do not rip on them or trail them and possibly knock over computers and break other equipment.

there could be boxes placed on top of filing cabinets or high shelves that people cant reach, or are to heavy to lift by oneself. some people think yeh i can reach that and carry it, but find themselves in a spot of big bother, so id suggest placing these boxes lower down or stack them somewhere that is easily accessible. And if they are too heavy get a workmate to help with the lifting.

a design company also can have their own set of problems many are to do with dodgy equipment or toxic chemicals.

heres one for the toxic chemicals dont buy things that can be potentially harmful to normal human beings, unless your super but no one is. some things can be harmful so if you are using them consider some protective masks or clothing.

if your working in sculpture, always always wear protective clothing its not a pretty site when you see a finger or worse flying across the room because you accidentally forgot to put the safety guard down.
